Fees
There is one fee: the Draw Fee, two percent, taken on a fill. Holding is free. Sending is free.
The Edge Share is not a second fee. It is the portion of the Draw Fee that leaves issue as Honed WHET.

The Draw Fee is without a setter. A change would have to be a different contract.
